Shifting issues

So, I have a weird one. I have a friend that helped me change out the FCC solenoid in my 2002 jeep Wrangler X automatic transmission 4.0 6cyl. After reassembly, the shifter mechanism is getting caught on the neutral safety. Before changing out said solenoid, the shifter moved just fine. It had to be something that was done in disassembly, reassembly, he has no clue and has given up, I’m not a mechanic, but I’m determined to figure it out. Any, and all help appreciated.

Let's see 2002 I believe that would be a TJ if I'm not mistaken. You'll probably have better luck on a TJ forum.
