Update...
Started it up and drove to work, no issues with the light in. Left work to head to the dealership and the light went out
They pulled the codes and could see the historical data but there were no more faults. They poked around and said without the issue still going on it was just a crap shoot. So they documented it in case it returned and back home with the Jeep
Best they could come up with some sensor glitch but self corrected. I was figuring on a phaser but they said it was missing the extra noise and or rumbling that would lead to that failure. So how knows. Jeep has been driving fine for the last two days with any hesitation or loss of power.
And the oil level was good.... Which they said could be another cause.
