Scratch prevention with door hinge

Does any company make anything or anyone come up with something to put inside the door jam to help mitigate the small scratches you might make putting the doors back on? The door hinge has sharp angles and I’ve put a couple tiny scratches on the door jam. Maybe a film on the frame or a pad on the hinge?
…or just not be so clumsy

There are hinge covers out there.

The side steps and the mud flaps do a very good job of protecting them hinges from flying rocks, too.
