Is there any reason we can’t get a radio 8.4 out of a crashed dodge vehicle?

Some models are not compatible with the Jeep, some have different mounting tabs and the biggest hurdle will be the security code you will need to unlock it. If the seller doesn’t provide it you will need the vin of the vehicle it came out of and the radio serial number to get it from the dealer.
