First trip out learned the stock shocks were a little too soft and faded easy so I upgraded to Bilstein 8100 shocks and added a Smittybuilt winch to stock steel bumper using a Jcr winch plate and lower bumper skid plate.
Added a JCR lower skid plate with 7 slot Jeep cutouts below the front bumper. Added a Hooke off road cargo shelf and a Rock SLide Engineering tailgate table. Used a few felt furniture pads to make the table rattle free when stowed. Cargo shelf holds 300 lbs. and anchors to roof bolts.
Mounted a Dometic 20L drawer fridge to the underside of the Hooke platform. Got the Baja designs fog lights in and wired in a Pecron dc to dc charger to power the Pecron battery bank. The small dometic fridge sips the power compared to other fridges I have. The Icecube 40 liter in the picture failed a few years back so I disconnected the cooling unit and use it as a large drawer storage space . I also added a couple of Bison gear storage shelves to the platform.
I put Goodyear Wrangler Boulder MTs on in place of stock rubber. 3 ply sidewall and 10 ply rating. Same tire I run on my Power Wagon. Added a hood graphic also.
I updated the back layout a bit. The large drawer setup I removed and decided to try covered milk crate boxes from SIdio. I found out that a 2 gallon rotopax fits perfect in the Bison Gear shelves. I will use them for water when extra is needed. I have a 600 watt electric grill in the top bison gear shelf. I have my recovery gear behind drivers seat and in front of the fridge and power bank. Full kitchen and cook gear setup is in a covered crate next to the recovery gear. I use Stokes Voltaic electric kettle and reactor fry pan and pot for cooking with a simple pan for cooking over the fire if needed.
Drawbacks so far are the power drivers seat. It does not go very far forward and the seat back does not lean forward very far so it is a hassle to access anything from the drivers side in back. I would prefer a manual seat but it is what it is. Having the subwoofer in the floor does eliminate a good storage space but sounds real nice even with the weathertech floor liner over it. SInce I could not access behind the drivers seat I moved the Overland OUtfitters bag that sits on the side behind drivers seat to the back and hung it from the cargo tray. It simply unzips when I need to access behind it. It is a great place to store things at the back. I also added a knife to the webbing of the mount for the storage bag.
I also added some Tops Knives to the front door cup holders I added.
I added Metal Cloak filp step rock rails so the wife would have a step to get in the Jeep with. I also added the Metal Cloak steering stabalizer with relocation bracket to bring it up higher.out of harms way.Did a refresh on how I mount the Overland outfitter bags on the mid shelf so I can flip them up or unzip them all together.
I added Overland Outfitters canvas door net replacements. After one of my boots eye hooks caught on the net and almost tripped me I justified the upgrade.

It has been a while but here are some updates. I added the Metal CLoak full coverage rear bumper along with some Moose Knuckle split shackles to the bumper. I am also using a trailer hitch slide. Also using MC license plate bracket and light.
switch system on the driver grab handle. On the front bumper I added the TYRI 12 inch light bar using Metal CLoak brackets on the MC hoop. On the bumper I went with Tyri base lights which I plan to turn to use as ditch lights. I added Adventure LIfe front amber grill lights.
