I have a 21 sport 2.0 that I want to do a modest lift on just for tire clearance. Probably gonna run just 33's. I have a complete rubicon suspension available to me , springs, shocks, end links, and control arms. Question is....they came off of a 19' with a 3.6
Will I end up with a harsh ride with springs and shocks that are rated for the heavier 6 cyl ? Or am I over thinking this ? I know it's a different part numbers for 19's and the 21' and different part numbers for the 4cyl and 6cyl.
Any thoughts ?

Nope, you're good to go, only need to swap the springs & shocks (all the other parts are identical), but keep the end links since they're a wear item. The ride is just a bit firmer, but IMO it;'s in a good way :)
Depending how much lift you get you might want the slightly longer Mopar lift LCAs, my install on both is here (post #4 is the LCAs)
