Morning family...i needed help to answer some questions or your opinions. I just recently bought Rubi take off suspension on a newly built JL(6/30). From my research on the forum I've been able to tell that the Front Spring Numbers are
Rubicon spring part numbers:
Front Driver 68253659AB
Front Passenger 68253660AB
The ones I received are:
68253660AC
68253661AC
Looking up the 660AC part on Google reveils it's the replacement for 660AB. The 661AC is also the replacement for 661AB. My questions are if the 660AC is the front passenger is the 661AC the front drivers? I ask because what I've read here is that the passenger spring is is higher due to the extra weight on that side (batteries etc). But when I look at the springs the 661AC is taller. 661AC is on the right
Because of this do I install the 661AC on the passenger side? Also, does this mean that the newer Rubi suspension builds are taller than the ones previously built for the JL?
Thoughts? Opinions?
