Unsure, I recently bought it, and I'm just getting into this issue. But, I'll have it checked.
I would not trust that the dealer knows where caster should be on a lifted Jeep. Measure is yourself or take it to an independent alignment shop to have it checked. Depending on the lift/components your caster may not be adjustable. If that is the case it's likely way too low. You want it to be 6-6.5°.
