Question, do they bolt underneath the heep where the factory rails go to, or just on that pinch seam?

Like mine are 3 big bolts on tge belly of the jeep. Im hoping its not 6 little bolts in the pinch seam. I zoomed your pic and saw a 6 silver bolt heads on the pinch seam where it looks like you attached the bars.

I think the rough country and nfab are the same. Rough country has a part number of RC J1866 and NFab is J1866, the only difference being the Rough Country has the "RC" in the steps. I have Rough Country steps on my Colorado and NFab on my JK, both are similar nice quality but I'm guessing why now. The Nfab are on sale at a few places, auto anything was the cheapest I could find at $329, plus Nfab has a $40 visa rebate card now.

Lined up perfect.

Looks good! How noticeable is the pinch seam? Can you post a shot straight on from the side?

Side shot, the bright chrome bolt heads are my one complaint.

I like those bars. I'd like to get a similar style but without the actual step.

Thanks! Quick reply! Can you really see the pinch seam? I can't really tell because it's dark in that area. As far as the chrome bolts I had the sale complaint with the JK. Painted the heads black since the jeep was black. I'm guessing since you can see the bolts you can see the pinch seam? Sorry to keep coming back to the same question. I love the look and the steps are great, but I definitely want something that hides the seam this time.

When you walk up towards the jeep at about 5 feet away the angle is right to see down between the bar and pinch seam so you then see the bolts and pinch seam. But just at that angle.

The bar sits like maybe 3/4 of a inch away from the body. I'l wait for sunlight and take a picture
