They are actually very bright. The photo is edited since shooting a LED light in the dark is a little difficult.

Installed tonight. Very bright and solid. I posted a few pics in the Lights section.

I installed 2 inch LED cubes. I did check the lights out using the existing harness but now want to do a permanent install. The harness that came with kit has a wire harness with a switch I need to remove so I can hook it up to the Jeep accessory 40 Amp switch. The switch I need to remove has a black, white, and blue cable coming out. How do I cut the switch out and splice the cables correctly?

The box specs say 36 amps. Am i wrong thinking i need a 40 amp connection?

Ours has the 30in bar and it will not let the hood lay all the way back to the windshield. If you had just the 2in lights it would not be a problem.

Ours has the 30in bar and it will not let the hood lay all the way back to the windshield. If you had just the 2in lights it would not be a problem.

I installed the 2in LEDs 2 days ago and noticed today that the spacer provided for on top of the cowl is starting to rust. There's also a small pool of rusty water in the cowl indent the spacer sits in.

I'll try to take some pics later. With the daily rain we get during Florida summers it looks like i'll have to take off the spacers, sand them, and throw some paint over it to prevent more rust and rusty water sitting on the Jeep.

Has anyone else had this issue?
