Well your weight requirements as listed are very low. You could get away with really any type of rack, including gutter mounted, which opens you up to lower cost options. Although, I would consider possible future plans as well (ie wanting to run a RTT, awnings, etc). The options listed, such as the pioneer rack are great.Mainly gonna use it for camping gear, firewood shovels and high lift jack. Says its load capacity is 600 pounds but didn’t see any other info about what Coloradomike mentioned.
If you don't want to drill through your roof you could go external rack as well. I run a Gobi Stealth, but there are options with Garvin (expedition) and metalcloak (ARS) as well.
