Rocknob on Transfer Case Shifter?

Anyone successfully replaced the transfer case shift knob? I've seen the B&M solution which on the upside gives you a threaded solution for custom knobs... on the downside, it's a fair major install. All I want to do is replace the topper. Thanks!

I was just looking at something like the attached picture. I really don't know much about them for the transfer case which is what I'm looking for. Most seem to have an adapter but only one screw to tighten it down. I'm wondering will this be tight enough especially on the transfer case where it needs a bit more pressure to shift into 4x4. Has anyone done this with success? Thanks

The b&m shifter is easy to install. Just undo the clips for the boot and then unscrew the old one off.
