Rhino Rack rebates paid?

Rhino has been offering rebates on their racks and accessories over the last few months -- at least since Black Friday 2023. I've applied for my rebates, but I haven't even gotten an acknowledgement. I have my confirmation numbers, but there doesn't seem to be any way to check on payment status.

Did anyone else have better luck?
