I thought it was only capable of holding like 300lbs?

With the Maximus-3 brackets, it's capable of holding up to 900lbs static. 300lb is the dynamic (driving) rating.

Looks good. Still cannot decide on a rack. Thinking about Gobi Ranger or Stealth.

Looks nice, been waiting on the JL Backbone system from Rhino Rack. It's going to be perfect.

Looks great. I'm curious, do you need to do any suspension mods when hanging such heavy things on the Jeep?

I have the same rack setup w/ the Maximus-3, as well as the batwing (driver side, though).

I haven’t pulled the trigger on the RTT yet...HOW did you mount it to the pioneer?

I'll chime in on this. I used deep uni-strut and bolted it to the bottom of the tent. Then used channel nuts, fender washers, and hex head bolts to attach the uni-strut to the platform.
