Not sure why you are seeing 1800...

The low profile feet rack was 1300 and some change. I ended up getting the quick release feet so I ended up paying a little more but even that wasn’t $1800

Looks like a good setup, but y’all clearly want a rooftop rack a lot more than I do.
Those prices are crazy-talk to me.

yeah 1,500 at the most, and it is the same price then as the max roof rack.

I want this rack for a rooftop tent, but still curious about it being able to come off with the removal of my hard top, that would be ideal for a pulley lift, could connect it to the rack to remove the top.

the rhino rack has them at well over 1600 for the full system. and they do not share the static load. kinda shocked by the price though. if it was closer to the max-3 price i would go the route of the rhino pending the weight raiting. i need a rack for a RTT.

Is there a version of this that will allow a sunrider to open? Love this style, want a shorter rack.

Wow that's not that much more than the Maximus route. I wonder why it uses a different RACK. Mine is a 76x54 and that one is 72 by 56. I actually would like the shorter size but not as short as the short model. I have a slight issue when removing the freedom panels. I have to really wiggle them in.

Oh well. Too late Damn you Rhino Rack for taking too long!!!!

In the front, it goes through the top to rest on a connector that is bolted to the roll bar. In the back it is bolted to the large brackets (shown in the picture) that attach to the bolts that hold down the hard top.

Very interesting. I probably should have bought one of these instead of my clamp-on style racks (Rhino rack vortex bars) that just connect to the drip rail. Bummer.
