Research Due to NOx Problems

For those of you who may or may not have had a full lost of equipment on your Eco Diesel. Does it remove the NOx sensors and or O2 sensors? What emissions sensors are left after that are operational? Thank you, just doing some research to make informed decisions on a constant reacuring trouble code (P225D) and my decision to keep or move on to a 392.
