Removing Window Scratches from Soft top

I made a mistake and took my windows off today and while going to go put them back on, I put a long scratch on the rear window from accidentally dragging one of the side windows across it while getting them out. Is there anything I can do to get these scratches out?? Please help!! Thanks.
