I have read other posts on this issue, however nothing was described as what is happening to my 2020 JL.

My remote start did not work this morning. I locked and unlocked the doors 4 times and still would not remote start. I waited an hour and tried the remote start and it worked.

The dealership replaced the door sensor last summer and checked everything last week. No bent pins and battery is fine. However, I think it's a battery issue and the dealership isn't testing the batteries properly .

The instrument panel indicates door open. My auto start has been stuck on a charging battery message. My volts measured on screen is over 14v. The Jeep is going back in the shop on January 22nd for a week. The dealership has rented me a car, however it would be nice to know what the issue could be before hand.

I have not experienced remote start issues, unless my fuel is low. Then it will start and shut right down due to fuel level. I do not have a Aux battery with my Etorque motor. Hope you find the issue soon.

You're listing several possible issues. Fix them and see if remote start begins reliably functioning again.

If the dash is showing a door open and the dealer replaced a door switch but the light didn't go away then they didn't fix the issue.

If the EVIC is showing 14+ volts the rig has decided the battery is low and its giving everything its got to charge it up. Charge the battery with a tender and see if the behavior changes. Or replace the main and bypass the alternate battery.

The Jeep was on a trickle charge, Noco 10 was used. Reading more I think it's a bad BCM. The dealership checked the wiring twice on the door, so I'm rulling out a bad door sensor again.
