i added factory remote start but don't have the option on app, how would i get that fixed?

When you say you "added" do you mean you ordered it that way from the factory, or you added it as an aftermarket thing?

I flashed ecu to turn setting on and got new mopar key

Just a guess, but I think you'll either have to work through your dealer or contact UConnect directly to see if they can update your app to allow that function.
