Relocation Kit for Backup Camera onto the Center Brake Light?

Hi everybody. I've got a 2019 JLUR and am looking at bike carrier options, in particular, spare tire mount bike rack options. Ideally, I'd like top be able to use my existing Thule 963Pro spare tire bike rack. Of course, this bike rack mounts on/thru the center of the spare tire, which is where the backup camera is located. Does anyone know of a backup camera relocation kit to mount the backup camera on top of the center brake light (that is above the spread tire)?

It throws off the alignment of the camera's guide-lines.

Personally, I'd look for options to modify the $280 bike-rack instead of modifying the $50000 Jeep. When you relocate the camera, the farther it is from its original location, the more the guide-lines get misaligned, which kinda defeats all the engineering that went into the system? FCA underpaid a good engineer to come up with that...how would he/she feel about someone messing up his/her hard work? Think about that poor engineer's feelings!

Where did you get this mounting or relocation plate? Seriously looking to recreate. Have an identical problem.
