I learned my lesson, buy once, cry once. I bought a RnR kit , got what I thought was a good deal on it, paid to have it installed, ok fine, it drove like crap but I thought that was the nature of hydro assist and the trade off for increased maneuverability on the rocks, 3 weeks later the brand new ram I bought goes out, it won’t fully compress and I was having issues with the box, I talked to a few folks and wound up ordering the PSC kit that’s designed to work with the electric pump and a new ram.
I had it installed today and was just expecting a small difference, maybe my steering would be a bit tighter, etc. I was wrong. It’s a night and day difference. Now I understand what the hype is about, my Jeep drives better than it did stock, on on 40’s and beadlocks.

My two cents - pay the extra money for a psc kit, it’s well worth it, you’ll have zero regrets.

What are included in the PSC kit you installed?
I got the ram and EHPS Steering Box, I already had the hoses. This setup allows you to retain the electric pump which will need either an apex kit and cooler or, the electric pump psc sells, might still need the cooler with their setup too.

I do my own version.. port the box use a steersmarts sector shaft brace, Apex boost kit and cooler, psc or Howe ram, next venture bracket and rpm steering. I’ve probably done 50 that was. Mine was on for 5 years with UD60’s and 40’s no issues.
