Calling all PSC users. Can you post pics of how you routed your hoses from the box to the RAM? I feel like the stock hoses are too short, and the way I have them currently is definitely WRONG as they could get pinched. I'm thinking of making them significantly longer to run them UP and out of the way but not 100% sure.

Any input?

Also, any tricks or tips (specialty shorty wrenches or something????) to get to those fittings on the box??? What a PITA. Mine are leaking, I think... HOPE... just because I didn't get them tight enough.

Talked to the guys at Rebel Offroad and they kinda mentioned (without throwing anybody under the bus) that "YES" they do order custom hoses for the JLs. Unfortunately, there weren't any at the shop to look at.

Much like everything else you need to be sure the setup is correct at full compression and full extension. You can't just hope for it.

You need to cycle the suspension through the entire range of motion and check for clearances. If the hoses are too short you'll know it.

I'll take pics of mine but I'd bet our setups are different.

Shock length needs to be part of the equation. Bracket location on the axle makes a big difference. There's much more that needs to be added to understand what's going on.

Ya, I do realize every setup is going to be a little different and that I need to cycle everything.

Hoses are 100% for sure too short as is with the Currie axles and long arm / Coilover setup I have. Thinking of running some sort of big LOOP up and over, along the trackbar with rubber standoffs between the hoses themselves.

Really just kinda looking for inspiration and setups that have been "good to go" in regards to interference, rubbing, pinching etc.
