We keep our rear seats folded up most of the time in our 2023 2 door JL. Is there a rear plastic tray available (like Weathertech makes) that fits this configuration?

Do you mean “…other than Weathertech makes …”? I have their rear cargo mat/tray and it works with the seats up (in use), folded down or removed although there are holes for where the seat attaches. It covers from the edge of the tailgate to the top of shelf just behind where your feet would be if you were sitting in the back seat. If you have the rear subwoofer, you have to cut the hole yourself. I like it. Part number 401198

I have the weather tech one and never bothered to cut out the hole for the subwoofer. I figure it will keep it clean and I have not noticed any difference in sound.
