That might be a little out of my range.
I am gonna do that, or at least try and its completely out of my range too lol. If you read through the entire thread, at the end of it another posted has shared a way to take out the entire cover of the sensors instead of trying to drill and not hit the PCB.

This is known design issue, I believe the latest vehicles have a better design, but we are stuck using the old thing, so this remedies the would-be problem.

I’ve definitely read about the issue and considered it. Sounds like from that thread the better option if worried about drilling into the sensors is going with the bypass harness. For $150 I may just go that route.

I’ve definitely read about the issue and considered it. Sounds like from that thread the better option if worried about drilling into the sensors is going with the bypass harness. For $150 I may just go that route.
The by-pass harness definitely hides the problem, but from what I understand, you run into the risk of driving off when the lockers are still engaged, or you think they are, but in reality, they are not. At least I think so. I have thought about the by-pass harness too, but I need to change off the fluid anyway, so will give it a go.

Might end up being an expensive lesson though lol
