I've been trying to track down all the information on this forum for re-gearing my jeep. I bounce between 35 AT and 37 MT tires so I am going with 4.56 gears. I have a manual tranny, and have a sport model.

Are my axles a D30 in front and a D35 in rear? (non-lsd)
Do I need a new carrier for 4.56s?
Are my stock gears 3.45?

I'm pretty sure MT sport comes with d44s in rear. For some reason it gets downgraded to a d35 in the auto model.

You’ll need a new carrier for the bigger gears in the D30. Not sure on the D35 at the moment.
