Searched on this forum but didn't find anything.

Situation

Purchased 4xe 11th May 2024

- Plug in to home 110 using Jeep charger
- Program is scheduled to start 7pm until full charge
- Works most of the time. However, occasionally it won't charge. No errors on the vehicle (lights or notifications)
- If I select charge now, it will charge. But by the time I notice, I plan to be leaving for the day. Too late to charge

Maybe related
I occasionally get messages on my iPhone Notification Center that the charging schedule was updated. Even though I did not update the schedule.
Today, I woke up to a notification on my phone that the charging schedule updated and my vehicle was not charging. Even though my vehicle started charging at 7pm. I have no idea when it stopped but it only charged a few % before stopping. Maybe 3%

On the 4xe forum, someone had a related issue, they unselected "charge until full" and their issue was resolved. Trying this now to see if it fixes it.

Anyone else experience this?

Strongly suggest using a different outlet at your home that's on a different circuit. A very common issue with level 1 chargers is the house wiring simply can't support the amperage required and the charger just stops. The vehicle is very sensitive. Usually when this happens you get a "service charging system" error though.

My house built in 1944 would manage to properly charge the 4XE maybe 50% of the time overnight. It was a total crapshoot.

It's also possible your level 1 charger is bad. We've seen a couple of those as well.
