Rancho Spring Correction Pads

So I am getting ready to pull the trigger on a lift for my '21 Willy's and I decided to go with Rancho. More specifically, the new 2" Sport Kit with the RS7MT shocks (RS66142BKPKG). Question I have is this...For the "newer" Rancho kits, does one still need to install the springs with their replacement isolator pads (to prevent spring bow) or has this been engineered out of the equation? Just want to make sure whether these are actually needed (if I can save the extra $50) or if they are needed, to do this right the first time.

@RanchoShocks - Hoping, maybe, you can shed some light on the matter too.

I would recommend using them. My TeraFlex lift included their branded version and my springs are aligned as they should be. Unless @RanchoShocks says otherwise, use them.

At this height we rarely see the need for them, any higher 100% use them.
I would look into the geomerty correction bracket, if that isn't already on the list.

I would recommend still using them even at that height. I had Rancho’s 2” lift on a 2020 JLUR and didn’t use any spring correction. Those springs were not nearly as straight as they are on my 2022 JLR with a 2.5” TeraFlex lift and their branded version. Not to mention the factory idolaters leave a lot to be desired. They appear to warp and squash down.

Rancho’s 2” lift is a nice kit especially with the adjustable 9000 shocks. To me it’s worth the piece of mind adding spring correction from a reputable company.

1. Why do all the vendors seem to be out of these 2" lift kits & any ETA regarding when they will be readily available?
2. Are you all planning to run any discounts/rebates any time soon?

Thanks for the insight. I was kinda leaning towards doing the spring perch pads, anyways... My buddy is trying to convince me to get the Rock Crawler ones instead of the Rancho ones. Decisions, decisions...

I bought the Rock Crawler ones for my lift, but returned them because the TeraFlex lift came with their own. They were very well made and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them again if needed.
