Radio Cutting out

Our radio is cutting in and out and its not searching for the sat signal. Anyone experienced this issue?

I just started to get the same thing, starting this past Sunday. I noticed the back up camera didn’t work when the reception was cutting in and out aa well. I have the 8.4 inch radio. How about you?

Have you pulled the F97 fuse to reset the radio?

ok pulled the fuse ,reset the radio, no difference. Still cuttingout

Well crap. I read on here from a lot of others that pulling the fuse usually helps.

It did happen to me once a number of months ago, all I did was switch between AM and FM a few times and power cycled a few times and it went away (probably more random than actually related to what I did).

Happened to me yesterday, made me want to return the car for a good 20 minutes. Got to the store, turned it off and on but problem still there..:said f it and went inside, came back, crossed my fingers and it’s been working since

Very concerned tho, we paid a lot for this cars

Some members have had the issue for months and no fix

Ours went through two days of confusion (three weeks after we took delivery)as it repeatedly cycled between am, fm , Sirius, radio, CarPlay etc.- could not stop it. Then suddenly it went back to normal on its own and has been fine for the last 6000 miles.

ok pulled the fuse ,reset the radio, no difference. Still cuttingout

Is the radio working normal yet? The audio cutting in and out seems to be an intermittent problem that doesn’t happen too often, but is annoying as hell when it does happen.
