My radio has been stuck on the satellite screen with no stations listed and no am/fm radio available. If I hit a screen button it just makes an extremely loud dong noise. The radio will shut on and off every few minutes. Also it seems the usb power to my phone may turn on and off, since my screen lights up when plugged in. Tried pulling fuse, batteries, reset methods, etc.

I’ve brought it in for warranty service. A new radio was ordered 6 weeks ago. Taking for freaking forever.

I have a cb and onboard air pigtailed to the lighter. It’s something I got on Quadratec. I’m wondering if this is maybe an issue? Maybe the antenna connection?
