Quarter Window Notice

I’m trying to interpret a “Customer Satisfaction Notice” I got from FCA regarding Rear Quarter Windows. According to the notice, “The rear quarter windows vertical retainer…may not be properly installed to the door rail after removal. This condition….panels to separate…highway speeds.”

Anyone else receive this? What retainer are they referring to? Is this the vertical black plastic thing alongside the door that the window snaps into. Sorry I can see it, just can’t describe it. (pic not my jeep). How is it a problem?

It has to do with soft tops, not hard tops but the notice went out to all owners.
