Components were:

$100 Harbor Feight AC Hoist
A BUNCH of quick links, carabiners, pullys, Crosby’s, cable ends, and eye screws
1/8” plastic coated cable
A few 2x4s
Two old seat belts (came off my old car - free)
Home made line weights (concrete filled PVC pipes with eye screws)
And A TON of sweat and elbow grease

That's great! I had the same reaction as @HaoleJeep , it's awesome to see the kids reaction. My son loves wrenching on projects with me.
