So my Jeep started pulling to the right recently. To try and remedy this I bought some RC adjustable control arms and got an alignment. I asked for 6 degree of caster like many forum members on here recommend. I also ordered a Falcon Nexus 2.1 steering stabilizer, but it's on backorder. I have a 2 inch Dynatrac lift running on stock Rubicon wheels/tires.

These were my final numbers and they were able to get caster on both sides exactly at 6.1 degrees. It is still pulling to the right though. I've exhausted the very little knowledge I hold and looking for recommendations. Do the alignment specs look good or is something off? I'm hoping the steering stabilizer remedies the pull.

For me - it's always related to my axles being centered. Have you measured that, to rule it out?

No, I didn't know that was a thing. First Jeep ever so I have very little knowledge. Quick search on the forums and I found this. I can get some measurements when I get home.

Sounds like these guys have you covered, here’s pic if it helps at all...

I'm at 6.1 and 6.3 on the passenger side, having the passenger side a little higher helps with road crown which causes a pull.

What are the specs on the rear? Rear thrust angle can cause more issues than people believe. When you do a lift and don’t center the axel it can cause a pull. It’s not typically because the axel is off center it’s because when the axel gets pushed off center it also cocks the axel and the thrust angle is changed. All alignment machines set the front tires off the rear, when the rear is cocked it sets the front to compensate for that, the rear end steers the jeep to the right.....

Decent video on how to check it as well
Actually you would be much better off measuring from the axel tube itself. Going around the tire the way he is if the axle is slightly off center it will change the measurements. And I do agree that the body mount bolt is a good reference point however when they make the frame data sheets they are actually measuring from the bolt hole in the body and not the end of the bolt. The bolt could be bent and the measurements would be way off. Believe it or not one of the absolute easiest ways I have made that measurement is take a simple yard stick and run some tape down it. Hold one end to the axel tube and find a reference point on the frame, make a mark on the tape where the reference point was. Then go to the other side and hold it up to the same spot on the axel and next to your reference point, if the mark you made lines up your good. If it doesn’t it quickly shows you how far off you are.

Is nobody going to say drag link? I'll say drag link.

It drove me nuts for the first month, and I carried a pipe wrench and socket in the back and adjusted it many times in parking lots. Sometimes it would end up pulling left for a while, sometimes right.

I finally realised that I forgot to take the crown of the road into account each time I tested again, but after testing by driving down the middle of a long, flat, empty road, I got it squared up. I remind myself now that it is only centred in perfect circumstances, and many factors may contribute to pulling in either direction temporarily: cargo distribution, amount of fuel, wind direction, etc. Break-in period may have helped too, along with lower tire pressure and a rotation.

I've found that the steering box is more sloppy in warmer weather as well.
