These types of events seem like a complete waste of alcohol and reminds me of the scenes from the moon tower party in Dazed and Confused 🥴

I'll never take my Jeep to the beach. The salt and sand alone...nope nope nope!

The reason I bought a Jeep is to get away from the crowds, get out into the mountains with close friends where it's quiet and fewer idiots. I'll hard pass on all these types of things, keep them in the cities.
Amen, buddy! The biggest off-road event I have attended was the MOORE Expo in Springfield, MO. It was a great event except that a vast majority of people, especially in urban areas it seems, do not know what personal space is. My son and I spent like an hour there and I was like, "Buddy, daddy's got to get out of here before I go into a panic attack." Like, my battle buddies and I used to get swarmed by angry Afghani truckers who had been sitting on a FOB's marshalling yard for 2+ months, outnumbered 20 to 1, some of which were closet Taliban, waiting to see if they would be staged for one of our convoys. One time I had to tell a guy that his truck wasn't on our list to take and he grabbed the barrel of my rifle, and that almost ended very badly for him. Being around huge swathes of people with no personal bubbles that insist on popping mine is not great for my PTSD. My children and I with a couple of close friends from our local Jeep group is more than enough people for my liking.

I wish these morons would just stick to their side by sides, trucks, and suvs. To own a Jeep should be a Rite of Passage.IMO These Jeeps are generally a bunch of mall crawlers anyway rollin on 20s.or > please stop! Stick with trucks or tacos..Stop disgracing the Jeep Wrangler/ and true Jeeper in every way. And knock it off with the Ducks leave these people to do the duck thing.

...The motorcycle events down there are even worse.
THIS part.

I went to the Lone Star rally long before I bought my bike over. NEVER AGAIN. It was a hot mess. I avoid both events.
