Very reputable off road shop did the install for the psc hydro assist but makes this noise even at idle.

Swapped pump already but sound is still there. Anyone have this issue before?

Sounds like it needs to be bled more. Bleeding the PSC system is a pain. It takes a lot of time and patience. Mine made the same sound but I took the time to bleed it.

It's a long and tedious process.

The owner had the employee not start it up after the swap so he could bleed it himself before and then during startup.

You'd think that any residual air would have bled out over the last 1k miles? I also went through with my son after getting home initially and have not seen fluid loss over the last 1k miles.

Noise does stop temporarily while actively turning the wheel but stay in any one direction and the noise comes back.

I'd get it back up on jack stands and try to bleed it going lock to lock 25 times or more. Then let it sit for 20 minutes. Then go lock to lock again, 25 times or more. Do this 3 or 4 times. If the pump is still making noise, you'll need a new pump. Pain Train had to get a new pump, as well, for noise, when I first did the install. I've only needed to replace a few pumps over the last 5 years or so. It's not something that happens often. It's almost always bleeding.
