Proximity entry slowing down

About a week or so ago I noticed that my proximity entry slowed down quite a bit. I used to be able to put my hand in the handle and it unlocked immediately. Now it takes about 2 seconds. Is the battery dying in my Fob?

Do you use the Uconnect app to unlock your doors? If so, take the time and read this thread.

Essentially, we found that using the Uconnect app could cause a delay in unlocking the doors. The ONLY fix we found was to stop using the app and it eventually goes back to normal after anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. Give the thread a read, it’s worth it. I’m not saying this is 100% your issue, but it sure could be.
