Problems with Taser JL Mini on 2024 Rubi

I had a Taser JL Mini in my 2022 and had zero problems. I totaled my Jeep but took out the Taser before they towed it.

It is MUCH harder to install in my ‘24. In fact I can’t get to it so my wife had to do it (small arms and hands.) Also, it won’t work completely. I’m pretty sure the Taser thinks it’s still in my ‘22. I can’t find a phone number to call Z automotive to get some advice on how to clear/reset the Taser.

Has anyone run into the same issues getting the Taser in and out of a ‘24?

Does anyone know how to speak to a human at Z automotive?

Yeah if you didn't unmarry the tazer from the other Jeep it's not going to work right in the new one until you pay to unlock it again.

Since, they won't provide any real direct customer service, I went with the Superchips FlashCal Plus. At least Holley still believes in answering the telephone.

Couldn't tell you, but I got a fairly quick response at the new number.

I'm pretty certain the old 631 number went to a personal cell phone. I'd venture a guess that Joe at Z wanted that changed at some point.

that's my feeling as well.

was never a problem for me; i never really needed much in the way of Customer Service, and it was never urgent.
beauty of a Text is that it can work at any time, not just during some company's 'Business Hours'.

I'll stick with my Tazer. A quick YouTube tutorial and I was off to the races never needed any tech support.
