Going to get an estimate tomorrow for powder coating my bumpers. I am not a good painter. They’re both midwidth size, 2 bumpers and a separate front skid plate.

The business comes recommended. They do work for the shop I work for and my boss says he does really good custom work.

So what kind of prices have you paid for powder coating? I have never had to pay for any kind of paint job before and have no idea what it should be.

Thanks

I had my bull bar, custom front shackle brackets, and a light bracket custom powder coated and I think I paid $150. I later had my wheel center hubs powder coated and he only charged me $50 - his normal minimum order was $75. They will give you an estimate. I would think a bumper might be around $200-$250 based on my items. Powder coating is much more durable than paint, but you can't really just touch it up when you get a scratch from hitting a rock or something. Just something to consider.
