Just got a new powder coated front bumper and living in the Northeast, my primary concern is preventing it from rusting. I've read posts on here where multiple brands have shown rust in a year or less and I would like to avoid that if possible. I plan to spray two coats of Raptor Liner over the existing finish but I'm wondering what others have used to prep textured powder coating before putting bed liner over it and how its held up.
