I’m looking at a motobuilt Hammer or cavfab rampage bumper either of which come raw. What would hold up better powder or paint. I know nothing will help against crawling rock hits, but for everyday use which would be better. Only concern with powder coat is getting it to match Sarge green paint

Bed liner is a good option. Powder coat will be a LOT more durable than paint

My powder coat guy was going to use a zinc based paint to refinish a rusty RedRock bumper that I was going to give to a friend. He said it woule be about $300 to do that. Powder coat is going to be more because you need a large oven to fit the bumper.

I powder coated my rims black when I first bought my Ram new back in 2009 and it's still holding strong today.

Powder coating won't match but will hold up great but how will you touch up any scrapes? My suggestion is go black if powder coating, so you can touch up with rattle can paint easily.

A body shop supply can mix your sarge green color and put it in rattle cans. You'd need to follow up with clear coating it. This will hold up for several years, and you can touch up, after sanding, filling, and priming.
I'm in the same situation and will be ordering front and rear bumpers from CavFab next week; hoping for a Memorial Day sale. good luck

I just want to add that Raptor liner can be paint matched. Works awesome and super durable.
