Same size as the other lug nuts on a standard rubicon. 22mm socket will fit.

No, I didn't expect Toledo to start on XR packages on Aug. 1 I'm personally not going to bug Daniel or mess with Jeep chat for 2-3 weeks. Just wanted to start a thread for anyone that has any movement or progress on their XR build in the future or hears anything new on production dates, pictures etc... I know it's going to be awhile. Looking forward to seeing that first one move from D/D1 to being built.

Update 3 weeks now in D1 status for my extreme recon package was hoping for February or March , ordered 15th of October

Apparently there are a lot of XRs built and some delivered already so that doesn’t seem to be an issue. I think they are just trying to catch up. They have been ordering 2022 since Oct8 and didn’t start production till Dec 16 so it will take them a couple months to catch up.

So, long story short. Someone hit my JK and totaled it out about 3 weeks ago. There are very few XR packages coming in around me, some are still estimating 2-3 weeks until on dealer lots.

This one got delivered on friday last week, it basically sat in shipping all weekend, and i picked it up monday.

for the build sheet, it was the best priced XR within 250 miles. And the only one on the lot as well.

Sorry to hear about your JK (and maybe you too?) being in an accident. I would say the bright side is you have a damn good looking vehicle coming out of it.

I was fine, girlfriends shoulder has just been sore. it sucked that it happened. I was in a turn lane doing about 35, completely open, no one in front of me all the way up to the light, and someone made a uturn from the center left lane right in front of me, tried to avoid and front right wheel took the entire hit. Shifted the entire front end about 3" left.

Looking at the jeep while it's on the ground, it seems fine, you get under it, and then you really see the damage.

Go on their website and u can choose one you like and change the colors

Thrilled to report this as-yet-unnamed beaut of an XR officially became mine yesterday. I am grateful to all those who took the time to post over 2900 messages on this thread, and throughout the JL Wrangler Forums platform.

My experience with Craig Benner @Koons_of_Tysons_Corner in Virginia was smooth. Communication with him was reliable and speedy.

Having worked with this dealership to purchase my 2014 WK2 as part of the original group buy via another website, I'm glad they kept it going and formalized the process, integrating it as another vertical in their sales efforts. The process is straight forward, including the financing -- I worked with Leo who was efficient and a good salesman.

For all those waiting on delivery of their 2021s my thoughts align with the many previous folks who posted "it's worth the wait." And for the 2022 folks, see previous sentence.

Right now, aside from a few very minor superficial mods like a touch screen protector, I'm gonna enjoy driving it for some time before identifying if I need any hardier mods.... however "want" will be a whole different story!
