From the looks of it, I almost think you could fit a 37" on the rear without any modification. If you get a chance to measure I'd be curious.

EDIT:

Also wondering if a 37 fits, if the 3rd brake light is adjustable. It's awfully close to the 35" BFG already

I’m convinced they’re not aluminum. Why paint them if they are? Paint doesn’t like sticking to aluminum very well, and aluminum oxidation protects aluminum already so it’s not necessary. Also they just look like steel/iron
