Yep, $11k under MSRP.

$87365 - MSRP

$82051 - invoice

$77948 - 5% under invoice

$821 - 1% AR # (affiliates)

$821 - 1% financing kick back

$76307 - 7% under invoice

----

$11,058 under MSRP.
Doesn't affect it much but there is no more affiliate pricing. Stellantis axed it on several vehicles.

That's correct. I had edited my post a couple minutes after I posted to clarify that I doubt my AR discount will be honored, but the agreed upon price at order time (7/5) was $11,058 under MSRP.

Either way, just about the best deal anyone will ever get on a 392 XR. Got lucky, I suppose.

Best I've seen is Chapman and Granger both giving $6k off MSRP on 392s.

Dunno what to tell ya. The deal I got is what I got. At the end of the day I can't force anyone to believe me, I don't really have an incentive to lie.
Oh I'm not doubting you. Was just backing up the fact that you got a great deal.

Ah, my bad. Internet, lol.

I think the deals got a lot worse once September hit, and for '22 they're even worse than '21. That said, I still think below invoice on a 392 is doable for '22.

Yeah most discounts got smaller. I got 7% below invoice when I bought my Gladiator in March. I'm only getting 4% below now.

Still not bad though even at 4%, only $1650 or so more than my deal if you hold MSRP constant and assume my AR won't get honored.

I'm only getting a Willys XR. A 392 is way out of my budget.

Yea 392 is insanely expensive.

That said the Willys is an awesome trim level. With the XR package on it that thing is basically perfect out of the gate for 99.9% of people's use cases.

Yes you did get lucky. That’s a good price. I thought you were saying current pricing at that $11k off which is why I thought was hard to believe.

If Gupton was still doing the same 8% under deal on 392's (don't think they ever were), I think you could replicate it even with losing the 1% AR. But I think they're invoice for 392's for ' 22.

Picking mine up Saturday morning first thing. Super excited. Will be sad to see my TJ go to its new home Saturday but looking forward to the creature comforts of a new Jeep!

Currently have a 2021 Willys Gladiator. Does everything I need it to do. The only reason I'm switching to a Wrangler is because I got soft top fever. And I won't bother with a soft top for the Gladiator because they are expensive, I really don't like the look of the soft top on the Gladiator. And I don't have anywhere to store a hard top. I'm going with the XR package because that will be less temptation to spend money on upgrading. I'll throw on some side steps, some rollover parts from the Gladiator and I'll be good.
