Hi, yesterday I tried to install a hardtop for the first time and therefore I had to dismantle the softtop including the frames around the doors. Since it is still only summer, I installed the softtop again, but I don't know if I installed the frames around the doors correctly.
Which position is correct please?
The photo is from the driver's side and it is the upper left corner by the front window.

There was another thread on this back a couple months ago. Conclusion was flap up. The first picture is my 2024 Wrangler (I have a Bestop Sunrider installed on both of my Jeeps) and when first installed, the flap was down...the Sunrider did not sit correctly, and there was some rain leakage.

The second photo is my 2021 Gladiator (with Sunrider). the flap is slightly different than the 2024, and more naturally rides in the up position.

Hope this helps

After the first assembly I had it outside and water was flowing inside. so I confirm that if the flap is outside then it is flowing inside.
Thanks for the reply. I didn't find the previous thread. I apologize.
