I like it and haven't had any issues with it on my 2.0 JLUR. It adds about 70ish lb/ft of torque for a little extra kick off a dead stop but, after a wheel rotation or so, it cuts out due to its lower rpm threshold.I know that there is concern about replacement costs down the road, but I haven't heard any driving impressions. The gripe with the Pentaster has been low end grunt, and this seems like an innovative way to bridge that gap.
Any fans out there?
It's actually 48v. And yes, it's the mild hybrid system that utilizes a liquid cooled battery mounted further back on the underside of the chassis and a Belt Start Generator (BSG) that replaces the traditional alternator.I will admit to being ignorant (And confirming what my wife already knows).....
does the 3.6L etorque come with the 45w battery and all the cooling lines that the 2.0T etorque comes with?
