PDC/Fuse Assistance Needed

I went to start my 2020 JL and it wouldn’t turn over. Tried this multiple times with no luck. Texted the battery and it’s good. Then all of my electrical started flashing, headlights and wipers turned on and wouldn’t stop no matter if I pushed the start/stop button. I went under the hood again and started hearing this clicking noise coming from the PDC. Since it won’t start I can’t take it for diagnostics so I’m hoping someone can lend me some advice on what might be the issue?

Symptoms you are seeing are undoubtedly related to a depleted battery(s). You say you tested but...... but I ? testing method/your results. Again, symptoms you see go hand and hand with JL batterys) issues.

Your JL is under warranty....Call FCA Road Service at Ph. 1-800-992-1997 and tell them you need it taken to the closest Jeep dealership.. you are broken down/it will not start.

They will arrange for and they will pay for, the trip to the nearest dealership. Must be nearest dealer or you will end up being billed for the flat bed.

-They will also just send a truck to jump start you if you prefer that.... no charge to you.... Warranty covers. I do not suggest you be satisfied with a jump start/thinking you do not need dealership followup.

If it needs to go to the dealership ....You MUST specifically tell the agent that answers, that the owner's manual says Flat Bed only or you may very well not have a flat bed truck show up. Anyway, do not tow it, Flatbed it.

Note: If you cannot get the JL out of park so it can be winched onto the Flat bad, follow the info in this ..

Thanks man. When I said tested what I actually did was try jumping it with my other vehicle and it didn’t solve anything. I took this as the battery wasn’t the issue but it sounds like I’m wrong indeed.

I also forgot to mention that in order to make the noises, lights and wipers stop I disconnected the negative terminal on the battery. It’s still disconnected out in the garage.

To actually kill all 12v power to your JL, separate out, the wires you disconnected from the negative side of your Main battery.
