Past experience opinion question

I was told by Jeep Chat that my vehicle is set to begin build either the week of July 26 or August 2. While my dealership emailed me saying that my vehicle is scheduled for build and shipment on July 29.
Anyone else have experience with this series of events?

No, but then I never tried to follow build progress closely. Sounds to me like Jeep Chat is giving your build date the fudge factor and dealer overselling themselves ? I'm sure the production/assembly line has a planned schedule. But, "Plans change", rings a bell.
Forgetaboutit, is my recommendation. Delivery day will come and you'll be happy.
I remember my salesman said he would keep me up to date on progress. First notice was a email about 3 weeks in, "it is built and awaiting shipment". Second, a call that it had arrived the day before. Shipment period was close to a month. I was at the dealer within an hour after his call .

Well. To update the answer to the initial question. My Jeep Wrangler Rubicon unlimited is built and awaiting inspection.
Then comes shipping. So, basically I have just reached the 1/3 mark.

Maybe higher percentage if they could get all the parts applied and get some rail cars rolling towards Toledo.

My dealer ship date was accurate for when my window sticker showed up. I wouldn‘t get stressed out by it. Jeep chat will give generic updates to how your Jeep is going through the process. Be patient and enjoy the process.
