Went out to my 2018 JL 2 door with the Taser Lite installed and upon opening the door found all the dash lights flashing and no ability to start. Turns out there was a completely dead battery. The battery measured 1.5 volts so a standard charger won't even charge it.
What I want to know is what role did the Taser play in this. Nothing was left on and in fact the Jeep won't let me leave anything on.
The Tazer was installed about 2 months ago and I didn't have a problem previously. If it wasn't in place would I have had the same result? The speedo and tach were twitching and even the wipers moved to the flashing dash lights. Is this normal without the Tazer?
Managed to charge things enough to finally unmarry the Tazer and get to a dealer but what are they going to say?
