I see people doing it all the time in Pa., Wasn't even aware that it was illegal provided you had side mirrors. we just got our Willys late last summer, and were going to be ordering some side mirrors so we could run "doorless" this summer, but this is good to know in case we would get stopped by the police.
The senate passed the bill not sure why you think the governor needs to still approve. It's done but still requires an actual date of effectStill has to pass the House and the Governor.
YEP, COPS will do anything to NOT ENFORCE REAL CRIME. Yep, got pulled over in PA. Cop lecturers me for what seemed like 30 min. Finally, he finished and I asked him why would he waste time when CRIMES are being committed, Rapes, robberies, and Murders and he is harassing me cause I don't have my removable doors on. Then I asked WHY, pull me over for some silly reason when I have TEXAS plates on it and I am just passing thru? Well I did not know. Well what did you think? Mounntain Bike on the front of my Jeep, Scuba Gear in the back, Bikini Top, and its August.Unfortunately, there are certain areas around here where they do pull you over and ticket. Really hoping this passes.
Time for a civics refresher. Whether at the federal or state level, bills have to pass both the house and the senate and be signed by the governor (or president) before they become law. In some states bills may become law with no action by the governor after a certain amount of time. The senate passed the bill not sure why you think the governor needs to still approve. It's done but still requires an actual date of effect
Pa doorless law approvedCan someone give a TL;DR so I don't have to support them by clicking?
Very helpful, thanks. Does that mean it's making it legal or illegal?Pa doorless law approved
"The Pennsylvania Senate has voted to allow vehicles like Jeeps and Broncos without any doors on them to drive on state roads.Very helpful, thanks. Does that mean it's making it legal or illegal?
