Overhead CB mount

On my JK I had my CB mounted with tube tie downs to the foreman loop. But the JL doesn’t have foreman loops.

How is everyone overhead mounting their CBs?

I have seen only one overhead CB mount for the JL so far. It is posted on the other JL forum so I can't post a link. I'd love to see some other options.

Yep, and it has bars that interfere with the open air above your head when the top is open, IMO.

I pulled the CB bar from my TJ. I'm going to have to mod it so it is wider and fits across the span of the JL Cage and uses the holes for the door surrounds. When I get around to it (probably spring, but we'll see how ambitious i get and if I can fit the JLUR in my tiny apartment garage) I will post some pictures. I may just end up making a new one. I haven't really decided yet- it's a stupid simple design so it would be easy to make with some steel tubing and nuts and bolts. .
