@ocrejects I remember asking @TTEChris about having a beefier tailgate reinforcement system and he told me to save my $$$, I think the biggest issues are had when someone goes to a larger tire with a high offset rim and they don’t use bump stops for the tire and it bounces around in the back and this puts a lot of stress on the whole swing gate.

Correct! You have to have those bump stops pushing against that lower part of the tire. It's keeps the tire parallel. I did a lot of rock crawling and overlanding never had a problem.
